The organisation comprises mainly of students in the operational unit, while professionals, academics, research scholars, and activists work with us in an advisory capacity. Although there will be no bar on directly participating in the everyday activities of the organisation on anyone. It is further divided into 3 teams: Research Team, Editorial Board, and Digital & Outreaching Team for the smooth functioning of the centre. 

 

Apart from these teams, a Main Managing / Organizing Unit is constituted to oversee the operations of the entire organisation, and to ensure regular and impactful activities. The main unit is also responsible for maintaining regular contact with the advisory board and ensuring that their recommendations are taken into account. This unit comprises of the founding members of the organisation and, any other recruitment in this unit can only be done with a majority consensus of the founders and/or the advisory board.
